Regulations & Rules

Deposits

-$20 deposit is required after booking which is included in your service.

-ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 

Late policy

-After 10 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee which is to be paid before your service can begin.

-After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule for another day (deposit will not be refunded)

Please read before booking

-Please inform me in advance if you do not receive your confirmation email with the addresses and information.

-All wigs and laces must be brought to me 3-4 days before your appointment

-Only cash or card payments are accepted at your appointment(No Cashapp).

-I Do not do same day customizations!!

-Wigs that aren’t customized by me will count as a new install. It will be an extra fee if $20 with the install.

-Squeeze In appointments are an extra $40 that’s if I can take you!

-If you are unable to bring your hair 3-4 days prior and have to bring it a day before there will be an inconvenience fee of $10.

-If you have taken off your wig and your braids it will be counted as a new install. Maintenances are for wigs that are still somewhat attached with the same braids installed. 

-Deep Conditioning with your wash will be an extra charge of $15.

-Please come with your hair detangled and ready to be washed if I have to detangle and take out any previous braids there will be an extra charge of $20.



COVID-19


-If you or anyone you know have been exposed to COVID-19 before your appointment please reschedule.

Cancellation

StylesbyNy understands that life happens, however my time is valuable. I require a 48-72 hour cancellation notice and rescheduling notice or a fee will be implied. If you cancel out of the cancellation window you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be applied  upon rescheduling  a new appointment. If you decide not to pay the cancellation fee for the missed appointment you will be required to pay a $50 deposit upon booking a new appointment. Same day cancellation will result in the service being paid for in full before scheduling a new appointment Thanks you for respecting my time.
